Now I’ve seen some Master’s competitors competing before but I have to say that this guy puts a lot of people to shame including myself. Sam Bryant is the epitome of the saying…no excuses. Obviously he trains with extreme intensity but the most astounding thing is that his diet is basically breakfast at the Waffle House after working the graveyard shift at his job before he works out and eats his post workout meal at Burger King!!. He does however take a daily routine of vitamins and takes in about 180 grams of protein a day.
Sam is an INBF bodybuilder currently and in his last show he competed in the open divison middleweight winning it outright against competitors that were 1/3rd of his age. With the way things are going for him, you can certainly count on Sonny to be a WNBF professional in no time!!!
